The National Center on Health in Head Start has published a newsletter on addressing stress, and for managers to support their team members. While this publication was originally written for Head Start professionals, the tips and resources are useful for all professionals working with children and families.

The ICC-Recommended Early Start Personnel Manual (ESPM) describes core knowledge and role-specific competencies needed for early intervention service provision, incorporating current research and evidence in the field of early intervention. To access the ESPM, CLICK HERE.

  • Supervision and Reflective Practice (SRP):
    • SRP1 (EIS): Establishes effective supervision/mentoring relationships and guides and supports the activities of assistants, aides and volunteers.
