An Invisible Crisis: Early Childhood Homelessness--A Primer

This paper was highlighted by ICC Chair, Dr. Marie Kanne Poulsen, at the October 2022 ICC meeting. It reviews the literature and available services and federal funding streams to support young children and families experiencing homelessness. The paper concludes with recommendations to streamline early childhood and homelessness policy to better support young children experiencing homelessness.
