This time on the Blog, we’re highlighting a resource from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) that supports early intervention and early education professionals in cultivating anti-bias settings and experiences for infants and toddlers and their families. Reflection: The First Step for Addressing Bias in Infant and Toddler Programs notes that being aware of our own beliefs and biases is the key first step in an anti-bias approach to working with young children and their families.
